Coach Cooper is an accomplished athlete and dedicated youth athletic trainer with a remarkable journey that serves as an inspiration for aspiring athletes. A two-sport athlete in high school, excelling in basketball and football, Coach Cooper continued his athletic career in college football, where he achieved extraordinary success. Despite attending a small college, he embraced the grind of the weight room and cultivated a relentless work ethic that propelled him to become a two-time All-American and two-time Defensive Player of the Year in his conference. Following his senior season, Coach Cooper earned a coveted NFL rookie mini-camp invite with the Chicago Bears, a testament to his dedication and exceptional talent. Without the benefits and resources of a larger university, he learned to rely on hard work, determination, and a commitment to self-improvement to excel at the highest levels of
competition. As a trainer, Coach Cooper draws on his individual experiences to guide and motivate youth athletes. He understands the importance of discipline, perseverance, and building a solid foundation—both physically and mentally—to achieve success in sports and life. His journey from a small college to the national stage exemplifies what is possible through grit and dedication, making him uniquely positioned to inspire the next generation of athletes.
